Focus: Global consistency & design system scaling
Credit Suisse marked my first professional chapter in Switzerland. As a Brand Manager, I was responsible for the global identity system, driving consistency across a workforce of 50,000. Key achievements include a brand- and logo refresh with external partners. I ensured a long-term brand alignment by developing and rolling out scalable templates and digital guidelines for the employees worldwide.
Highlight: Design and execution of brand trainings, using the storytelling methodology. This initiative significantly improved the correct and consistent application of the brand identity across the global marketing department.
